These terms cover the Deletely website and the Deletely iPhone app. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Deletely.
The app
Deletely is a photo cleaner for iPhone. It helps you find screenshots, screen recordings, old photos and large videos, then review them before anything is removed.
The app is not yet available on the App Store. When it is, it will be offered through Apple, and Apple’s terms will also apply to that download.
Your photos, your choices
Deletely does not delete photos or videos unless you confirm. Suggestions are not a judgment of what matters. You are responsible for what you choose to remove from your library.
Deleted items follow iOS Photos behavior, including Recently Deleted where Apple provides it. We cannot restore media for you.
On-device use
You need an iPhone and permission to access your photo library for the app to work. Analysis is performed on the device. Do not use Deletely in any way that breaks the law or other people’s rights.
The website
This site is provided as-is, to explain the product and share privacy, terms and support information. It may change as the app approaches release.
Liability
Deletely is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost photos, lost data, or damages that come from using or being unable to use the app or this site - except where the law says we cannot limit that.

Deletely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple. App Store, iPhone and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
